2006 Trahan Cabernet Sauvignon – Suisun Valley

Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels, this Cabernet Sauvignon is so drinkable that before you know it you’ve already polished off a couple of bottles! A full wine throughout the whole pallet, it has a solid core with tannins that are like velvet making up a long elegant finish. Goes great with just about everything.

2006 Trahan Petite Verdot – Suisun Valley

Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels this Petite Verdot has a flowery, perfumy nose. The wine has a beautiful, deep dark inky color that stains the glass and an awesome mouth feel with lots of texture. The tannins are definitely there but not over the top for a 100% Petite Verdot. It goes great with ribeye steak and spicy foods.
2007 Trahan Chardonnay – Carneros

Barrel fermented sur lie for 11 months in 20% new American oak, this is a full bodied Chardonnay. It displays more wonderful oak on the nose and more cream throughout the pallet but is not over the top one way or the other. Although a more California style Chardonnay (and can be a standalone wine) it is still very elegant.
